Develop A Career

Full G Class License
Having your own vehicle is a very strong asset. bwd pays you for your driving time and has a car allowance program for senior staff.
Technologically Literate
A phone with a working camera and GPS is essential to provide the highest quality of service that bwd is known for.
Time Management
We prefer to hire organised people who get to places on time; not too early, not too late. Hit that Goldilocks zone like a boss.
Calm and Collected
Dogs respond well to calm leadership. The walkers who succeed with bwd are level headed, calm, collected, and know how to multitask.
